1. Who we are

This website, http://www.spdlab.com, is operated by SPD Laboratory, Inc., 2-35-1 Johoku, Chuo-ku, Hamamatsu, Shizuoka 432-8011, Japan (Representative: Shoji Kaneko, Ph.D., President & CEO).

2. Information we collect

This website has no user accounts, no login and no comment forms, and we do not set cookies to identify you.

When you contact us by email or phone, or use the inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, organization, email address, country and message. The inquiry form does not send anything to our server: it only prepares an email in your own email application, which you then send yourself.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, supply and support our products and services, and contact you about your inquiry.

4. Sharing with others

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not give it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Visitor counter

The visitor numbers at the bottom of each page are counted by a program on the website of Hela Innovations (PVT), LTD, Sri Lanka (helainnovations.com), the authorized distributor of SPD Laboratory products in Sri Lanka. When you open a page, your browser sends a request to that server, which receives your IP address and the name of your browser.

So that each visitor is counted only once per day, the IP address and browser name are converted into a short one-way code that cannot be turned back into the address. These codes are deleted when the day ends, and only the total numbers are kept. No cookies are used, no IP addresses are stored, and the information is not used for any other purpose.

6. Content from other services

Some pages use content provided by other services. When such content is loaded, your browser connects to that service, which receives information such as your IP address, browser information and the address of the page, and handles it under its own privacy policy:

• YouTube (product videos, loaded only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode) — Google LLC

7. Information stored in your browser

The website remembers your language choice (English or Japanese) in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we receive against loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

9. Your requests

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or stop using it. Please contact us at inq@spd-lab.com.

10. Changes to this policy

2. 取得する情報

当ウェブサイトには会員登録、ログイン、コメント機能はなく、お客様を識別するためのCookieも使用していません。

メール・お電話でのお問い合わせ、またはお問い合わせフォームのご利用の際には、お名前、ご所属、メールアドレス、国名、お問い合わせ内容など、お客様ご自身がお送りくださる情報をお預かりします。お問い合わせフォームは当社のサーバーに情報を送信するものではなく、お客様のメールソフトでメールを作成するだけのもので、送信はお客様ご自身が行います。

3. 利用目的

お預かりした情報は、お問い合わせへの回答、お見積りの作成、製品・サービスの提供およびサポート、お問い合わせに関するご連絡のためにのみ利用します。

4. 第三者への提供

お客様の個人情報を販売・貸与することはありません。また、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

5. 訪問者数カウンター

各ページ下部の訪問者数は、当社製品のスリランカにおける正規販売代理店である Hela Innovations (PVT), LTD（スリランカ）のウェブサイト（helainnovations.com）上のプログラムで集計しています。ページを開くと、お客様のブラウザから同サーバーへ通信が行われ、IPアドレスおよびブラウザの種類が送信されます。

同じ方を1日に1回だけ数えるため、IPアドレスとブラウザの種類は元に戻すことのできない短い符号に変換され、その符号は日付が変わると削除されます。保存されるのは合計の数値のみです。Cookieは使用せず、IPアドレスを保存することはなく、その他の目的に利用することもありません。

6. 外部サービスへの情報送信

一部のページでは外部サービスのコンテンツを利用しています。これらのコンテンツを読み込む際、お客様のブラウザから各サービスへ通信が行われ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、閲覧ページのアドレスなどが送信されます。送信された情報は各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

7. ブラウザに保存される情報

表示言語（英語・日本語）の選択をお客様のブラウザのローカルストレージに保存します。この情報はお客様の端末内にのみ保存され、当社に送信されることはありません。

お預かりした個人情報の漏えい、滅失、不正利用、不正アクセスの防止のため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

9. 開示等のご請求

当社が保有するお客様の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用停止をご希望の場合は、inq@spd-lab.com までご連絡ください。
